Since then he has seen his business grow dramatically by consistently providing clients with high quality advice and excellent service. He is currently Managing Director of this very successful Wealth Management Company. |

Steve KemberDip Mgmt (Open), Dip PFS, Cert CII (MP) - DirectorHe started his financial services career as a trainee life inspector with a major insurance company. Having qualified in Business Studies, he subsequently left to join a financial services subsidiary of a national clearing bank. He developed a successful career as an independent financial adviser (IFA) and subsequently held a number of regional sales management roles before finally assuming the role of Sales & Marketing Director. During this time, he was responsible for the business being awarded a National Training Award and saw the business named as "Best IFA" in a leading consumer finance award. He subsequently joined a private equity backed financial services group as Operations Director & then Managing Director. Most recently he has been operating in a business consultancy role for a FTSE 250 wealth management group. The results of his work have been published in both "HR Matters" and "The International Review of Consumer Behaviour". |

Julie KemberClient CareI started my career in Financial Services in 1982 and for the following 14 years worked in the Retail Banking Sector culminating in me being appointed Assistant Branch Manager at a major city branch. Following a career break to start a family I returned to work to help build the Adamson Ross Wealth Management Practice. In the intervening period I also undertook voluntary work in the community and acted as a Foundation School Governor on behalf of the Church of England. My role is to deliver the contact strategy with our clients and ensure meetings are arranged in an efficient and timely manner. |
